These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and for booking our services, including yoga classes, yoga teacher trainings, sound healing trainings, wellness retreats and online sessions. Please read them before you book. By using this website or making a booking with Aadi Yoga & Sound Healing Center (“Aadi”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.
Yoga Classes and Individual Sessions
- Booking: classes are available by prior booking only. Private classes, Ayurvedic consultations and therapies are arranged by appointment.
- Cancelling: you may cancel a booked class at any time up to three hours before its scheduled start time.
- No-shows: if you do not attend a class you have booked, and you have not cancelled within the time above, it is treated as a no-show and the full price of the class is charged.
- Group classes: a group class needs a minimum booking of two mats. If this is not met, the class may be cancelled.
Teacher Training Bookings
Cancelling a training
Plans change, and we have tried to keep our policy clear and fair.
- 90 days or more before the start date: you receive a full refund.
- Less than 90 days before the start date: a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee applies.
- Less than 30 days before the start date: no refund is available.
Rescheduling a training
- You may ask to move your booking to a later Aadi training if you contact us at least 30 days before your original start date.
- The fee you have already paid is carried over to the new training, less a rescheduling fee of 20% of the course fee. If the new training costs a different amount, the difference is settled between us.
- Discounts or special offers used on your original booking may not apply to the new date.
Wellness Retreats and Online Sessions
Cancelling a retreat or online programme
- 30 days or more before the start date: you receive a full refund.
- Less than 30 days before the start date: no refund is available.
The inclusions, price and deposit for a retreat are set out in your written confirmation. Where that confirmation states different cancellation terms, the confirmation applies.
Rescheduling a retreat or online programme
- Please contact us at least 7 days before the start date to ask for a new date.
- Your payment moves to the new booking, less a rescheduling fee of 20% of the programme cost.
- Discounts used on the original booking do not carry over.
If You Do Not Attend a Training or Retreat
If you do not turn up and have not told us beforehand, your registration fee is forfeited, any cancellation fee that applies is still due, and the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
How Refunds Are Paid
When a cancellation has been approved, we aim to issue your refund within 5–7 business days. It is returned to the payment method you used to book.
Airport Transfers
Where your written booking confirmation expressly includes an airport pick-up or drop-off, it is offered only to guests who are staying with us. Transfers are not included with special, promotional or discounted prices. We may change or withdraw this service at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aadi is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from your use of this website or our services, including personal injury, damage to property or indirect losses. Our classes, trainings and sound sessions are for relaxation, learning and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice.
