Shankhaprakshalana Traditional Practice in Phuket

An intensive traditional cleansing practice that requires advance consultation and careful screening.

About Shankhaprakshalana Traditional Practice

Shankhaprakshalan, meaning “conch cleansing,” is a traditional yogic technique that flushes the entire digestive system using warm saline water combined with a specific sequence of yoga asanas. As the water moves through the stomach and intestines, these targeted postures help propel it along the digestive tract, thoroughly cleansing the system from the inside out and removing accumulated waste and toxins.

At Sukara Yoga in Phuket, our 90-minute Shankhaprakshalan session is carefully guided by experienced practitioners who ensure the process is done safely and effectively. This intensive detox practice is especially beneficial for those dealing with chronic digestive issues, bloating, or looking for a powerful reset to their gut health and overall wellbeing.
